Chip Van Complaints

A number of residents (who shall remain anonymous) have complained to the village website regarding a fish and chip van that seems to have taken up residence in the recreation grounds. The matter was apparently discussed at a recent meeting by the recreation ground committee, in which the request was declined. The siting of the van has also, apparently, never been discussed at any Parish Council meeting.

It is the concerns of some residents that the issue was not discussed in a "democratic process" with them beforehand and insist that the van brings down the appearance of the grounds.
